      Spending a lot of time with coworkers can be quite cumbersome, but at LM I've always found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. They are there to further the company's goals, but still allow for a pleasant work-life balance.

      Cons

      With my specific position, there were many odd shifts and travel hours.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
