      Pros

      Won’t find a company that has a better work life balance than Lockheed. The environment is super friendly and open, I haven’t found anything similar.

      Cons

      Pay is below average for a software or systems engineer. The low pay is the only thing that prevents this from being 5 stars for me.

      Can move slowly at times. Lots of development friction due to slow processes.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
