      Pros

      Inspiring leader, Bob Stevens For the most part many genuinely good people in the company Really good benefits Salary is pretty competitive once you finally get a manager that actually rewards great performance

      Cons

      Too much politics involved even for just very minute things Compensation structure is unfair if you were brought into the company at a low salary - can take a long time to catch up

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
