Pros
- Wonderful people to work with - Learn a lot if you have the right manager - Lots of opportunities to move around teams/department - Job security in any situation (recession, covid etc.)
Cons
- Not challenging enough but depends on your work - If you want to move around or find new opportunities, you really have to push hard for it or they let you stay where you are until they feel that might want to quit. - The pay is way too low for the #1 Defense Contractor in the world. Pay your people the right salary and people won't leave.
