Not great - Anonymous employee Lockheed Martin Employee Review

Really bad culture at this company. Tons of people who have stuck around for 20+ years have found their way into management and don’t know anything but old Lockheed processes. They do not care about anything other than making themselves look good. The tools are very old, this company does not keep up with modern technology. My job doesn’t match what I interviewed for in any way. Everyone I talked to who has left this company seems healthier and happier, and I can’t wait to join them.
