Pros
Working for a large company such as LM over the years, it's easy to speak of the opportunities and benefits that this company offers. I took full advantage of relocation and tuition reimbursement during my early years. Management was supportive of my growth, and my peers were always easy to work with.
Cons
Just as with any company, there are undesirable work environments to look out for that detract from morale. I have not experienced them personally, but had to work with people who were actively in such an environment.
