Pros
The benefits are top notch. The work environment was exciting and envigorating being around so many younger and extremely talented engineers.
Cons
It was extremely difficult to "qualify" for other positions on other programs which offered any type of learning and/or growth opportunites as hiring managers were just a bit too strict in their requirements for an open position.
