Pros
Great products, good benefits, most of the people are great and want to act as a team that pulls together
Cons
Employee moral is low. there people that believe backstabbing is the way to achieve success. Healthy competition is good and encourages top performance but throwing your co-worker under the bus drags the company as a whole. Management seems to ignore it. Some areas take advantage of the authority they are given and abuse it.
