Pros
Lockton provides a gratuitous amount of industry experience with comprehensive training programs for initial and continuing career development. They are service-minded and rather progressive for a "traditionally corporate" financial institution. Career opportunities can flourish here if given the right environment and opportunity to do so over time.
Cons
Although the AAM training program aims to develop new hires into versatile Account Managers or Account Executives in time, there seems to be a sincere lack of organization on how to individually develop each person based on their aptitudes. Pay is on the far lower end compared to other organizations of this size - with minimal increase each year in raises.
