      Pros

      Competitive pay once you get through the entry level positions. Climbing the ladder is a tough trek but promotions are typically every 18-24 months

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't very favorable once you climb the positional ladder. A lot of email monitoring outside of the normal work hours.

      Pros

      When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook. They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance. The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
