De-centralization also presents inconsistency and inefficiency. Limited associate development, very fast paced, sink or swim. Limited employee mobility across functions, the company and regions. Producer-centric organization and tie to top producers tends to yield a faster career progression. Expectations and demand on service staff are high. Delivering client commitments can sometimes be like a huge balancing act on a rollerball. Work-life balance can be a challenge.
