      Pros

      Structured program where each intern is placed in a unit, but also all interns come together for activities, projects and training. Interns separated into groups and given a final presentation. Great experience and good environment for an internship program.

      Cons

      Experience differed between interns based on units, some had better experiences and work than others.

      When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook. They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance. The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
