      Pros

      The corporate office is very supportive on all levels of business even for the communications/presentation side of it. Very active in the community (United Way Street-To-Home).

      Cons

      Work-life balance is nonexistent for employees in a supporting/shared services role. There is no true career path and training for people who don't want to be in insurance (communications team).

      When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook. They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance. The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
