Pros

I've been with Locus for a couple of years now, since the pandemic, and we've seen huge growth. Overall, the culture has stayed strong and I enjoy working here. The products are interesting, the tech is cool and I get to travel a lot for work. Also, the company has free training available for a lot of topics, but for me I can take CCNA exam prep and other tech sert trainings for free, even though that isn't my job. My manager is cool, and I like most of the people I work with.

Cons

The layoff was weird, but I get that companie shave to do that. I wish we had a heads up.

Pros

Working at Locus Robotics has been an amazing experience for me. The people here are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. The company has a really positive culture where everyone works together, and you feel like your ideas actually matter. I work in customer support, and I’ve learned so much in a short amount of time. My manager is one of the best parts of the job, always encouraging, patient, and focused on helping me grow. They take the time to explain things and make sure I feel confident in what I’m doing. What I love most is that I feel like I’m part of something. Locus is doing cool work and has great products and it feels great to be a part of it. This job has made me more confident, more curious, and even more excited about what I want to do in the future and their seems to be a lot of different options to explore as my career grows.

Cons

None that I've seen, I've heard that my group used to be run a lot different and it seems that didn't work out for people based on other reviews. Hasn't been the same for me though.
