Politically charged and religious environment. Gave my phone number to 3rd party chaplain to text me after I posted about my job experience on LinkedIn and had left the company months prior. Bonus structure antiquated, non merit based. Boss calling you after 9pm to hype up 1.5% bonus. As an IT office worker 50 percent of PTO/Vacation days were interrupted and turned into working days driven by phone calls. Complaints ignored.
