Pros

I have been with Loenbro for 13 years, following my tenure with a large, publicly traded heavy civil construction firm. What sets Loenbro apart is its dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, which accelerates professional growth and rewards those with strong business ambitions. Here, leaders are empowered to take ownership, drive meaningful results, and shape their own career trajectories. Beyond business success, Loenbro’s values-driven culture fosters genuine, lasting relationships — both within our teams and with the customers and communities we serve. It’s a place where people matter, and where integrity and opportunity go hand in hand.

Cons

Loenbro’s accelerated growth and customer-first mindset create a dynamic, high-velocity business environment. This pace of change and willingness to tackle complex challenges may not align with individuals seeking a more static, routine workplace. Success here demands a high degree of self-direction, adaptability, and a bias for action. The culture rewards those who take initiative and thrive under pressure. For individuals who prefer well-defined structures and a more passive role, Loenbro’s entrepreneurial, “work hard, play hard” ethos may not be the ideal fit.

Pros

Fantastic culture and opportunities in this rapidly growing company. If you get your foot in the door and put in the work, leadership opportunities are there.

Cons

Can be high stress at times due to the pace of growth. That said, the environment is such that you are never grinding alone. Management has committed to adding significant resources which we’ve already seen in motion.

Pros

Fairly social atmosphere with basic office themes, parties, birthdays, holidays.

Cons

Politically charged and religious environment. Gave my phone number to 3rd party chaplain to text me after I posted about my job experience on LinkedIn and had left the company months prior. Bonus structure antiquated, non merit based. Boss calling you after 9pm to hype up 1.5% bonus. As an IT office worker 50 percent of PTO/Vacation days were interrupted and turned into working days driven by phone calls. Complaints ignored. Gut feelings rather than empirical data guiding decisions. Projects abandoned and delayed Forced to work in office, refusal to put in redundant Internet.
