Worst Organisation - IT Recruiter Logic Planet Employee Review

Senior Manager especially He don't have relevant experience in Recruitment or nor he is from HR background but after that also He is senior manager of the Company. He don't know how to talk with the employees they only thing he knows that how to shout on the employees in 9 hours shift. He will mentally torture you, He will de-motivate you. In every max 4 to 5 months the whole team got change all employees leaves the organisation because of the management. They need to join the Management school first they really need that. I recommend you to not join this organisation,Sorry Organisation word not suites them.
