      Smart, fun people. Beautiful offices, growing organization, ideas can be shared across teams.

      Weak communication, corporate transparency is greatly lacking, and product vision is underwhelming.

Although we have a strong product vision, an area we are working on is articulating that product vision message out – both internally and externally. Steps towards this include Product initiatives like In The Know, which is a precursor to Product's release notes.       Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
