Pros

Amazing place to work. I've worked at great companies before, but this one is different - sets the bar to another level. People are smart, I get to do difficult projects, and get great benefits. All while working in an amazing city. Don't know how I got this lucky.

Cons

Growing super fast. Some people may not want to be at a high growth company - and that is ok. Just need to know that things are changing - not in a bad way necessarily, but it is changing.

Dear LogicMonitor Employee Thanks for the review!! I tell everyone in orientation sessions that the best part of working at LogicMonitor is that you get to work with other nice, smart people - it's amazing how much more that let's you achieve, and how enjoyable it makes coming to work. That is something we are committed to maintaining as we scale. It's true that LogicMonitor's rate of growth means it's not for everyone. The work you do, the tools you use, and the problems you will be solving, will most likely be quite different a year from now as we scale. Some people thrive on the opportunities for an impact that this creates, but it doesn't suit all. (Luckily we have a fabulous recruiting department and process, that ensures that we are a good fit for applicants, as well as the applicant's being a good fit for us.) I personally, and we as a company, are committed to maintaining our culture as we scale - which means caring about the people that make all this possible. Best Regards Steve Francis Founder, Chief Evangelist.

Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
