Dear Employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience in detail. We are glad to hear the interview process went smoothly and are pleased you’re enjoying, first hand, the culture we are very proud of. Though occasionally the interview process takes longer than we would like, our goal is to make an offer decision within 2-3 weeks of the job’s opening. Unfortunately, we don’t have much control over how long the background check will take, as there are many factors involved. Our hiring process is highly strategic and our goal is to be as efficient, yet as thorough as possible. Our assessment and behavioral interviews, with multiple interviewers, allows us to move our candidates through our process quickly. Thank you again for your feedback, we are glad you are here! Warm regards, Stacey Richey Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
