Pros

Employee for a short time. Interview process was fast and efficient, everyone here has been very friendly and welcoming. Well stocked snack kitchen, all sorts of other bonus benefits.

Cons

As others have noted, parking downtown is tricky which makes it hard to get into the office if public transit isn't an option. 401k matching isn't available yet, though it's supposedly coming in the near future.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
