No work life balance.
Too many unnecessary meetings. Though you are not required you have to join and do time pass.
Biased with employees who belonged to there previous company, they only get good hike and promotions others they don't even give more control so that they can maintain there dependency.
Micromanagement if are going away for 10 minutes take permission from your manager(its not applicable for the employees who are managers/director favorite )
2 Months Notice period and they don't allow to take any leave. though you are sick or you have marriage. work until you die.
They have 15% as variable pay which you will not get for 6 months if you resigned.
Poor hike
