Pros

- Solid product-market fit - Good, laid back, culture...especially for a startup of this size - Generally collaborative, flexible work environment...your mileage may vary

Cons

- Sales quotas are set by the PE firm and they are just unrealistically high. TBD on how it will turn out this year, but I'd be surprised if 15% of the sales force is attaining their quota. Team is averaging <50% attainment. - Priced too high - I have had to disqualify many opportunities due to price alone despite a product-pain fit - Lack of transparency into corporate strategy. C-suite gets paid the big bucks to make tough decisions and there is high turnover and little transparency into the direction of the company. - Too rigid of a sales motion - Sales Engineers are overworked and underpaid

Thank you for writing a review. We hear your sentiments on communication and we've been making changes, such as refocusing the information shared during our All Hands meetings in response to feedback from LMers. Please keep sharing feedback so we can continue with these improvements! Our company remains in a hyper-growth state. But, we recognize this incredible growth comes with new challenges to overcome as we scale. We are committed to providing every resource needed for the success of our sales teams. This includes the expansion of our sales enablement team with several recent key hires to deliver even more training and enablement programming to you. We would also recommend raising your specific circumstances to your sales leadership so they can offer their support.

Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
