Pros

-Great happy hours -Great management -Fun co-workers -Remote -You have flexibility to take care of household errands while you work -If you work harder than everyone else, you will see success, and even if you aren't hitting quota but are putting in the metrics, your job should be secure

Cons

-My main problem is that the product isn't any better than competitors and LogicMonitor is almost always more expensive than competitors -About 90% of reps aren't hitting quota -Office is open but parking is not free (Downtown Austin Texas)

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we're glad to hear our fun and flexible culture is recognized! In fact, it's one of the many reasons we are consistency voted one of the Best Places to Work. Thank you for your feedback. Our pricing strategy is consistent in balancing the value and impact that our platform brings to customers in comparison with other tools, while remaining a competitive offering in the market. And we absolutely recognize there will be challenges as we scale our GTM org and break into new markets. LogicMonitor has boosted our sales and enablement depts with several key new hires, but we will continue to listen to our employees as part of our Better Everyday value.

Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
