Structure of on the job training is still a little "unstructured" as they try to move towards exact duplication for each new employee based on their job role. However, all current employees working in the role that you are hired for are really willing to help out and ensure that you know and fully understand the major points of your job duties. You won't feel like you don't know enough to perform your job.
