Pros

Tech is industry leading Most people are approachable and willing to help Work with well known brands as customers

Cons

If you aren’t in sales then you’re a second class citizen Budget cuts across the business mean very few social or fun engagements No accountability from teams when things go wrong Leadership don’t provide many coaching opportunities and feedback is typically given through commands. 1-2-1s also don’t focus too much on professional development.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're happy to know our product is recognized as a leader in the industry, and that our LMers demonstrate our Customer Obsessed value every day. We hear you on your feedback regarding coaching; there are always more opportunities to provide our employees with feedback to advance their careers. In addition to the leadership training that our L&D team has launched, they have more initiatives in the works. We hope you were able to share these sentiments with our Employee Success team, so we can continue empowering our LMers and enabling professional development at LogicMonitor.

Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who genuinely want to help you succeed. Strong benefits package, remote flexibility, and wellness perks. Opportunities to take on projects outside your core responsibilities and accelerate your growth. A fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot in a short time. Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
