Good product and low expectations.
Cons
Low expectations because I'd be surprised if 10% of sellers hit their quota. The PE firm sets unrealistic expectations of growth and slashes costs like it's sport. As a result, morale is low. Everyone feels stuck with little optimism things will get better. C-suite seems distant and controlled by PE firm. Sales processes are too rigid and force a lot of prospects away. Prices are too high and sometimes lose deals due to greedy commercial terms. Cash pay is decent, but that's only if you're one of the lucky reps who actually hit their quota. Equity is poor.
