Pros

I loved it when I started, but it isn't what is used to be.

Cons

Ultra toxic work environment, they do not care about their employees. Taking away "benefits" and removing any semblance of work life balance.

Our recently introduced Work Well Reimbursement program is another initiative designed to assist employees with wellness and home office expenses, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
