      Pros

      There's a lot of great things to choose from. A few of the things that make Logical Position standout to me, include - the provided work/life balance, my co-workers, upper management, and the amount of career opportunities available to me within the company.

      Cons

      Not yet! But since I have to pick something... At first getting to work at 7am was hard for me. However, now I love waking up early, and finishing work at 3:30 or 4 is great.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
