Don't be fooled - Marketing Specialist Logical Position Employee Review

Thank you very much for your feedback. Our Charlotte office has been open for 2 months and is using some new technology. We have found that having managers assist with the account audit process early on helps build longterm sales aptitude. After a few months, sales represetatives have the ability to perform unassisted audits. The alternative to using search engines for procuring leads is to distribute a list of phone numbers. We have found that allowing sales representatives to cultivate and research their own leads is far more fulfilling than blindly prospecting. I will check on the lunch piece but in my experience our managers are very understanding of calls that go over lunch or break and are flexible about when those are taken (every manager was also a rep at one point).
