      Pros

      I have worked in many sales environments in my career and my experience at Logical Position has surpassed them all. It is the first company I have worked at where it's fun at work. Rather than dreading going to work I look forward to it. The upward mobility is relatively quick if you are good at your job.

      Cons

      You have to be flexible and be able to adapt to change (ie, occasional overtime, expanding product lines, etc) but that comes with being a part of a company growing so quickly. Overall, no real cons.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
