Pros

-It's a paycheck. -They "look" good. -If you liked NetBiz, it's pretty much the same thing but teal.

Cons

-That paycheck is far under industry minimums. -They "aren't" good. -There is huge communications issues between departments, a problem that has never been addressed or resolved. -Their SEO department just does copy writing services, but does zero site maintenance and no work to improve load times. All the copy writing in the world can't turn around a site that takes 10 seconds to load. -They'd do anything for a sale, and have no understanding of ethics.

Wow, I'm very surprised and concerned by this review, and I’m sorry you had such a bad experience. I would like to address some of your points. In the past year alone, we have won awards from Google, BigCommerce, and we were named the Bing Partner of the Year for North America. I feel like these are good indicators that we are doing very well by our clients. We also have one of the lowest churn rates (if not the lowest) in our Google channel along with one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry. We have been named a finalist for the Oregon Ethics award two years in a row. Ethics and transparency are not only core values of ours, they are the foundation of our company and something that we take extremely seriously. Our SEO team delivers far more than just copywriting. The quality of their work is reflected in the results we achieve for our clients, and by our retention rates. We also have a quality control department where the sole mission is to block the on-boarding of accounts that we don't believe we can help, so we certainly aren't just taking any sale. In terms of pay, we are constantly analyzing the market to ensure we are as competitive as possible. Last year (2017) our employees voted, and we were ranked the #3 Best Workplace in America by Inc. Magazine. The majority of our executive team did not attend Jesuit. They all earned their positions by proving themselves through effectiveness, savvy, and ethical work. Ultimately, I’m very sorry that you had a bad experience with us and I’m also sorry that we didn’t do a good enough job displaying these traits to you. I appreciate the feedback and sincerely wish you all the best in all of your future endeavors. -Mike W

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
