      Pros

      This company truly cares. I have recommended several of my close friends to work at LP and they all love it. We have won some major awards and work with some very well known clients. I've also learned a ton about digital marketing, which I'm now using for a passion project!

      Cons

      Insurance could be less expensive.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
