Pros

I once heard one of the CEOs talk about employee happiness being really important to him. This wasn't in some big presentation or company meeting, it was in the break room and he was just having a conversation with one of the other senior staff members. A few months later, I realized it was true because one of my co-workers wasn't really happy with what they were doing and that same CEO worked with them to help them find a different position that made them excited about coming to work. The company is growing pretty quickly, so new opportunities come up all of the time. I also really like that they just rolled out this new plan that everyone gets 40 hours of paid volunteer time a year. Giving back makes people feel good, and this is just another way they show that they want employees to be happy.

Cons

Parking is tough.. there just aren't enough spots.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
