      I've spent a short time at Logical Position and the most glaring difference between this environment and past employers, is the open ability to access leadership and affect change. It is truly an open and transparent workplace.

      Cons

      The company has continually experienced rapid growth, which creates a demanding work schedule. Personally for me, the fast paced environment is super exciting.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
