      Open door policy w/ management allows for communication between different tenures and departments to flow freely. I've always loved that innovation and forward-thinking are taken seriously here. All in all, LP was a great first step out of college and I'm excited to continue my professional career here!

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
