      - Very strong company culture - Great earning potential with a lot of resources for help and training - Very fun environment (cash bonuses, spiffs, breakfast, lunches, etc.) - Management who will frequently discuss expectations to ensure you're on the right course

      Cons

      - This is a sales job, some days are 100% miss with prospects - This job requires a LOT of self management - Low starting wage, but the commission balances that out quick enough

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
