      Pros

      Logical Position constantly works to make sure that the hard working employees that are not client facing (IT, HR, Billing, Payroll etc.) are appreciated and recognized. While I am not in a client facing position I still feel like I am helping our clients grow and succeed by doing what I do everyday. The company culture is great as it encourages new ideas for work processes and is flexible to change. I will continue to recommend Logical Position to friends and family as a great place to work and grow in a career.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
