Good initial job after college to get some experience on paper I suppose
Cons
Toxic company culture, teaching folks the only way to sell is through aggressive sales tactics. Not a livable wage and teaching folks to memorize scripts, not actual sales methods
Logical Position Response

Wow, I am very surprised to hear this. It has been our experience that those who step foot in one of our locations or talk to us, quickly come to find that our ethics and values are the foundation of the company. This has resulted in winning numerous ethics awards year after year and being named a Global Partner of the Year. We have both Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams, which are responsible for monitoring and assessing all communications to ensure accuracy and tone. Beyond that, these teams review every new account being onboarded to ensure the services being offered are right for the client. Being aggressive or bullying would be counterproductive to all of these efforts. I’m sorry to hear that it wasn’t the right fit for you.

Cons
If you don't enjoy collaboration, flexible work environments, or work that helps businesses grow, this is not the company for you.
Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun.
The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.
Cons
It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
