It’s exciting to provide our clients new and beneficial products to grow their businesses and a top priority to keep our clients and employees happy. Diversity is something that we are always working hard to improve within our company and communities. Within the last few months, we created a DEI Council and Committee that, combined, consists of nearly 50 members - this is a very important focus for us. We have already made some great changes and are very excited for our bigger initiatives to launch in the coming months. We appreciate everything you did while you were at LP and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
