Pros

Culture is fantastic. There is a communal sense within the team and a genuine interest in learning how to be the best in their role. Promotions are available to those that work for them, and the pay has increased YOY.

Cons

The DMS position can be difficult to acclimate to, however the leadership team has taken large steps to remedy this (longer training, SDC position, LPU). Ultimately, the success of an individual comes down to their input and how much they are willing to be molded.

Thank you for your feedback. You’ve noted some steps we’ve taken to speed up and improve the knowledge transfer during training. This is something we are continuously working to improve upon. Our People Operations team is currently in the process of streamlining the new hire orientation process. With the addition of our fully remote positions, remote onboarding is here to stay, and the goal is to make it as smooth and efficient as possible. Thank you again for your feedback and for everything you do!

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
