Thank you for your honest feedback. I appreciate you mentioning the culture and the support from the people you work with. Those same people should be able help with the pay concerns you mentioned. We have a large portion of our sales team doing very well by selling multi-product accounts, prospecting using new methodologies, etc.
I know our sales leadership team would help coach on this, or I will myself if you want to setup a time to chat.
The base pay for sales starts relatively low because it’s highly commission-based and takes time to build a pipeline. This enables us to hire more people with different backgrounds, including some with no prior experience - it allows us to give more people a chance. After that, the compensation is performance-based and incentivizes high productivity.
