I’m sorry to hear that sales wasn’t a great fit. Our team works 8 hours per day, and although we offer a competitive hourly base, commission is designed to make up the bulk of the check. Not everyone is successful in this role, but on average, our sales people are selling more than ever, many earning well into the 6-figures.
