Thank you for the feedback. I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the people and the environment. We have an excellent training program that teaches digital marketing to those with little to no experience. I’m not sure about your specific case, but I’m seeing our entry level pay being compared to positions that require multiple years of experience. We are constantly evaluating ways to increase earnings in a responsible way. We are rolling out tiered pay models for our product teams, which should remedy several of the points you mentioned. There have been multiple promotions in the past few weeks / months and I will investigate the qualitative and quantitative factors that led to recent promotions and make adjustments to that process if necessary.
