      Great Work Environment and Holidays, Nice Staff.

      Cons

      Little Pay with grinding format to generate your own Leads, which takes up all of your time all Day, and one can't focus on Sales. No promotions wthout hitting 6 figure sales quotas. Tough biz. People are already happy with their own digital marketing 3rd Party, or do it themselves. Cold Calls.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
