      The easiest job you'll find, copy and paste is literally the job

      Cons

      Pay is way below average. No cost of living raise or inflation raise. Leadership will continuously announce how well the company is doing yet don't seem to care about how their employees are living. False advertising in terms of the job description, this is NOT a programming position, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone searching for a programming job. Communication between departments is horrid. No clear path to promotions

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
