Pros

Your coworkers are generally nice. Good place to learn.

Cons

The pay is laughable. Upper management takes forever to do anything. Then, when it finally decides to do something, it changes its mind. The company pretends like it upholds an ethical standard. But they are motivated only by money. They want you to work hard and care about the work you do, but they don't want to pay you for it. They will then make up excuses about not paying you more at the same time they brag about all the records they are breaking.

Thank you for your thoughts. We are making some structural changes that we think will help with the points you mentioned. As we’ve discussed in a few all-company meetings, the records we are breaking are for our clients, not necessarily for the business. Inflation, wage growth, and changes from Google and Facebook over the past few years have impacted the bottom line. Fortunately, based on everything we are seeing, we are confident next year will be a breakout year. We appreciate what you do very much and are excited for what’s ahead.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
