      - Paid Social Department has the best people in management that take your feedback into consideration - Kind, supportive, rad co-workers / teammates - Highly focused on improving collaboration - Awesome new hire training that was carefully thought-out - Get to work with 100+ of different clients and industries (ex. outdoor, beauty, technology businesses) - Nice structure and organization of project process - 5 days of VTO a year (for approved volunteer organizations) - Fast-paced - Non-customer facing role - Remote :) - The HQ office is beautifully designed

      Cons

      - Below average pay for position and area - Sick time is mixed into PTO - Cannot work remotely outside of the U.S. - Need to request if remote relocation out of the state.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
