It's getting so corporate there sadly. The pay is absolutely laughable for most positions at the company. Even salespeople who have been there for years - some think they are being paid well. They are not compared to others in the field. It is very much on the low end and they know it, which is why some of the best salespeople are leaving. It use to be fun, and they use to trust you to just make sales. Now they wanna start focusing on quantity over quality.
