Pros
There are a select few people that truly care, and aren't trying to 'push an agenda' which is nice. But these are few and far between.
Cons
It's clear that recently the new CEO has asked promoters to add more positive reviews on Glassdoor to sing his praises. This is not surprising and unfortunately only is an attempt to sway onlookers. Those of us who have been at LP for years, have seen the change, been a part of it, and are ultimately not rewarded when it comes to having adapted to it. Our teams now have so many people on them that it's hard to even get help from my manager when I need it. Clients are canceling at high rates, and it continues. Yes, the "new" CEO came in and fired the upper leadership and replaced it with novice leaders, which has made a culture of 'grin and bare it' or leave.
